The WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) office at Morton is taking a pause for reconstructing the program.  Please visit the WIC office at the Tulsa Health Department located at 315 South Utica Avenue, Tulsa OK 74104

Who is eligible for WIC Services?

  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have recently given birth
  • Infants
  • Children, up to the age of 5 years old
Who may apply for an infant or a child?
  • A parent, guardian, proxy or foster parent

How to qualify? Eligible individuals must live in the state of Oklahoma:

  • Have a family income within the program limits
  • Must provide a proof of identification, income and address; and,
  • You may be eligible for WIC if you receive Medicaid, SNAP or TANF benefits
